Foreign government-issued driver license with a color photocopy of a foreign government-issued passport with both documents displaying both a photograph and date of birth.

Expired identification of any kind, even if listed on the “Acceptable” list.
There is a shop minimum of $100.00 on all tattoos. There are some tattoos that may be an exception to this.
Appointments must be made for tattoos, we rarely take walk-ins due to such a booked schedule! Give us a call and we can help you set up a date and time.

Our piercings and piercing services (custom sizing, stretching, inserting jewelry, etc.) are now by appointment like our tattoos are. Appointment availability will be Monday-Friday evenings 5:30pm-8:00pm and we will still be allowing walk-ins most Saturdays 9:30am-6pm, this will be updated on our Facebook and website frequently! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but please take advantage of our $5.00 off coupon when you make an appointment! (Found on our specials page) All you have to do is present this coupon when you come in! Please allow 24 hours notice when making your appointment, you can email or call or text (716)574-0402 to book.
Every tattoo appointment requires a $40.00 deposit that will be deducted from the final price. Full day tattoo appointments require a minimum of a $50.00 deposit. If a deposit is sent in the mail please make sure to make a note with your first and last name and tattoo date and time. Checks can be made out to Roadhouse Tattoos.
Rescheduling Appointments: Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment date
Cancelling Appointments: You can receive your deposit back in the form of a gift certificate prior to 72 hours before your appointment
Since appointments are generally made far in advance, there is an option to be put on a cancellation list, where if someone cancels their appointment, we can give you a call and see if you’d like to come in sooner for your appointment!
